The Mission of the C.R.U.

The objective of the CRU is to identify existing or potential public safety and quality of life issues and implement initiatives to address these issues.  The CRU strengthens the efforts of the department by building partnerships with residents, local businesses and organizations.  These segments of the community are involved throughout the problem solving process.  The CRU focuses heavily on developing building bonds with youth and educating and communicating with the community.
